Protection of Environment at local, national and global level to implement certain provisions of global environment Agenda for the 21st century, in their true spirit and words through networking, advocacy, capacity building, research, community organization, legal actions to achieve self-sustainability.
SCOPE will achieve its mission through non-political, non-religious, non-racial, non ethnic, democratic, transparent, commitment driven approach. Combating Desertification in within the framework of UN Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) in the dry lands will always be central focus of SCOPE's operations.
