Our Philosophy
Although we are living in a time when climatic changes as a result of global warming are becoming visible and their implications are being felt all over the planet. However we strongly believe that current trends of environmental degradation can still be checked and even reversed, if people are educated and aware, communities are organized and empowered, experts are involved in finding sustainable solutions, governments are made politically committed to eradicate poverty and corporate sector is made responsible to respect environment and natural resources. If human race, through its negative approach towards environment is responsible for destroying the planets natural resources, it is equally capable to repair the environmental damage and put the life back on sustainable track.
1. Agenda 21, was adopted by the landmark UN Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held at Brazil in 1992. Agenda 21 has specific chapters on various environmental issues and provide guidelines to deal with these issues.
